As one of Calgary's largest shopping attractions (if not the largest), Market Mall is the destination for all your fashion and lifestyle needs. Located in the heart of northwest Calgary, the mall is bright, airy and open, and features more than 200 shops and services.
New and Always Improving
In 2004, Market Mall underwent a massive expansion, and it continues to add more trendy and wonderful retail stores to its catalogue. It is now a destination for the fiercest fashionista, with shops like Aritzia, H & M, American Eagle Outfitters, Old Navy, Gap, Lululemon, Banana Republic, Guess?, MEXX, Tommy Hilfiger, United Colors of Benetton, Buffalo David Bitton, Arnold Churgin, Nine West and much more. Department and anchor stores include The Bay, Zellers, Toys R Us, and Safeway. The recent addition of the Sephora store means that makeup and skincare lovers are in their glory.
The Kids are Alright
The expansion also included upgrading the parking lot and including enclosed parking, a huge food court with a fireplace, and a Kids at Play area located in the Fountain Court. The Kids at Play area is 1,600 square-feet of fun! A safe environment for pre-school aged children to climb, jump and play, the area is bordered by plenty of comfortable seating for moms and dads. The theme is transportation, with an airplane, caboose engine, red racing car, and more ready to fire up the imaginations.
