Centro’s five-star appetizer menu features mouthwatering delicacies such as the yellowfin tuna carpaccio with papaya salsa, and the pan seared Quebec foie gras. Your typical oysters become spectacular when accompanied with fresh horseradish, jalapeno dressing, and apple vodka pickled red onions. Escargots get fancy when smothered with garlic pesto butter, while black tiger shrimp tempura is mouthwatering with a spicy mayo and soy ginger dressing.
