Real Dinner Theater
Seating no more than 45 people at a time in its second-floor alleyway location, this Distillery District bistro has a style that provides you with more options than a regular restaurant. The cuisine can be custom designed according to the Japanese dining concept of omakase, which means “trust me”. The restaurant’s dining area wraps around the dramatically lit, sunken open kitchen, giving a theatrical air to the proceedings.
Preparation and Proceedings
You can order straight from an à la carte menu or choose the prix fixe option. The chefs combine French techniques with Mediterranean flavours to develop a nine course evening of great tastes and textures. You can even request to have a vegetarian or vegan meal -- any way you choose it can be an idyllic, gastronomic experience. There are even optional wine packages where the resident sommelier picks out the libations that will best accompany each meal. Perigree also bakes all of its own breads, curries its own meats, and even churns its own butter.
