The imaginative prix-fixe menu comes with two or four-course options, and explores the rich variety of local BC ingredients available, from coastal mussels and ocean trout to hazelnut oil and blueberries. The chefs lavish care upon every detail, curing meats in-house and preparing exquisitely simple sauces. And it goes without saying that the cane sugar & vanilla bean crème brulée, voted best in Canada by CBC Television, is worth a try.

Saturday nights host Divas at Delilah's, where some of Vancouver's top female impersonators strut their stuff. Dress up for the night and take a spot on one of the plush red banquettes – Delilah's is a place to spoil yourself and the décor is pure decadence. From the fresh-cut flowers and the hand-painted gold cherubs adorning the ceiling, to the curtained rooms available for private bookings, this flamboyant locale is a place to get fabulous!
